We are a 24-hour fitness facility located in Amherst, WI. We strongly believe in supporting our local communities efforts to live a healthy lifestyle. With a variety of cardio equipment, free weights, and resistance machines, you will be successful with your preferred workout. We also believe in making a positive impact on the Amherst community through donations to the Tomorrow River School District, Amherst Opera House Guild, sports teams, and other local non-profit organizations.
